J. Andrew Lindholm is Chief Operating Officer of Kintegral Asset Management.
Mr. Lindholm joined Kintegral in 2015. Prior to joining Kintegral, Mr. Lindholm spent approximately eight years at the D. E. Shaw group, where he was a Senior Vice President and, among other things, helped to build the firm’s private investment unit. Prior to D. E. Shaw, Mr. Lindholm was a Partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he advised financial sponsors on acquiring and financing businesses, and structuring and organizing private investment funds. Immediately prior to joining Kintegral, Mr. Lindholm founded Pulsar Advisors, Inc. where he originated and structured energy-related investments opportunities on behalf of private investors.
Mr. Lindholm holds an A.B., magna cum laude, from Harvard College, and a J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone scholar and Editor-in-Chief of the Columbia Business Law Review.

Daniel Rueven is President and Co-Chief Investment Officer of Kintegral Asset Management.
Mr. Rueven’s primary responsibilities include overseeing strategic decisions, day-to-day operations and investment-related activities, as well as sustainability efforts. Prior to Kintegral, Mr. Rueven spent his career in entrepreneurship and investment management across several firms including TILE Financial and Nomura Securities specializing in capital markets, investment structuring and various technology apparatus. Mr. Rueven serves on the Brandeis University Board of Trustees and is co-President of the Sarah and Daniel Rueven Foundation as well as a founding board member and current treasurer of the Climate Cousins Foundation where he is also on the executive committee. In addition, Mr. Rueven is active in the IMPACT organization as well as the CREO Network.
Mr. Rueven holds a B.A. in History and International Global Studies with a minor in Business from Brandeis University and was awarded the Phi Alpha Theta National History Scholar honors.
